Expert witness is provided by Green Maritime’s own experienced, credible experts and those of our associates, our services can vary from technical briefings and assessments for case evaluation through to giving evidence in high court hearings.

Our in-house experts have been involved in arbitration and High Court hearings for unsafe port and unsafe berth cases as well as MOU/MOA disputes. We have also provided legal reports used in arbitration for piracy and CTL investigations, cargo losses and unseaworthy claims. 

All our expert witnesses have undertaken specific training to deliver both written reports and oral depositions and therefore fully understand the procedures and requirements.
